Multicultural Foodservice & Hospitality Alliance (MFHA) provides an outline and framework to discuss the most challenging topics that face leaders in 2021. Participants will be introduced to MFHA’s Multicultural Engagement Model and will practice using the model with real life scenarios submitted by CHART members and other leading brands.
