Regional Training Forums
CHART's Regional Training Forums (RTFs) ramp up the learning and networking in between face time at conferences. Held in convenient locations across the country, RTFs are a great way for you to build relationships with your fellow training and HR professionals and learn tried and true best practices. Find the one closest to you today! Most of the RTFs are free and nonmembers are welcome as long as they are employed by a restaurant, foodservice, or lodging company and involved in training, so members are welcome to bring others from their company who can benefit from and contribute to the meetings. We currently hold CHART Regional Training Forums in 15 cities nationwide. If you do not see your city listed below and wish to host a meeting in your location, email the CHART office for details on how to get started.

CHART Regional Training Forums Schedule
CHART Regional Training Forums are free and open to both members and non-members. Anyone employed by a restaurant, foodservice, or lodging company that is actively involved in creating, delivering, or overseeing training, is eligible to attend. What is a Regional Training Forum (RTF)?
CHART RTFs are a great way for you to build relationships and learn from other training and HR professionals in restaurants, lodging, and other hospitality businesses.
Events are free and open to CHART members and non-member hospitality trainers. If you know people in training or HR roles in the hospitality industry who could benefit or contribute to the event, feel free to bring them to the RTF.

The Leadership Game is a fun, yet challenging experience designed to assist teams to better understand the core values and principles of healthy leadership. This small-group, game-based session is designed to bring about positive change through communication and connection, and to introduce the timeless principles of leadership that create great work-place culture and deliver impactful results.
Participants will:
· Test their skills in everyday leadership principles.
· Engage in open discussions with other participants in a relaxed setting.
· Discover ways to strengthen your team’s leadership abilities.

Oklahoma Area Regional Training Forum | Friday, May 10, 2024, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM CDT | Choctaw Headquarters
In-person Regional Training Forum | Choctaw HQ, Durant, OK
CHART is delighted to partner with the Choctaw Nation of Oklahoma to welcome CHART members as well as hospitality trainers from any of the 38 tribes in the Oklahoma region to this very special Regional Training Forum. Join us for a free gathering and sharing session on Friday, May 10 from 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM at the Choctaw Nations HQ in Durant, OK.
Further details will be added as they become available, including an agenda, speaker list, and optional hotel/casino property tour.
