Having started as an hourly position before being promoted to manager, and eventually General Manager, Alyssa then progressed to the People Resources team to become the Leadership Development Manager. Her current role sees her overseeing the training of new management & home office crewmembers, company roll outs, LMS systems and the growth of managers towards a promotional track. Alyssa believes that communication and personal connections are the key to sustained success and is looking forward to wrapping up a project focused on using different channels of communication to narrow the generational gap in the workplace.
